Today’s elementary and high school students are flooded with information on the internet and social media. For this reason, it is increasingly difficult for teachers and professors to capture their student’s attention and get them interested in learning.
Educational technologies, i.e. “EdTech”, promise a change in the paradigms of the sector. They are already providing disruptive tools to teachers and institutions to enhance learning processes. Augmented reality, virtual reality, storytelling and gamification play a pivotal role in this process, stimulating STEAM skills.

Gamification is the application of game principles and elements in a learning environment with the purpose of influencing behavior, increasing motivation and encouraging student participation.

Storytelling is a creative learning tool that offers viewers a moral lesson or reflection on an event. It is used in cross-cultural groups to produce education, build multiple emotional feelings and promote different points of view.
